Cancel your Subscripton

Thanks for reaching out! I completely understand, and I’m happy to help you with your subscription cancellation.

Because your billing information is kept safe and secure by Stan Store, I don't have a direct link I can send you, but you can easily cancel your subscription using one of the options below:

Option 1: Cancel via your billing email (Fastest)

  1. Search your email inbox for your most recent monthly billing receipt from @SimsSweets or from Stan Store.
  2. Open the email and scroll to the bottom.
  3. Click the secure cancellation link unique to your account, and follow the quick prompts to cancel.

Option 2: I can handle it for you!

If you can't find the email or prefer me to take care of it, just send an email to academy@simssweets.com and say "Please cancel my subscription." Once you give me the green light, I will manually cancel it from my dashboard within 24 hours and send you a confirmation.
